East Home

• Private Room $3,800 / Month
• Semi-Private Room $3,500 / Month

West Home

• Private Room $3,975 / Month
• Semi-Private Room $3,675 / Month

The All Inclusive Rate is designed to offer budgeting convenience by basing the rate on the average cost of care throughout the typical residents entire stay at Arbor Rose.

ADULT DAY CARE RATES

• Most long term care insurance policy may apply to help pay for services.
• SAIL program provider
• - Veterans Services - Contracted Provider
• - Service Provider for the Area Agency on Aging Region 1
• AHCCCS Contracted - Mercy Care, SCAN, Bridgeway and Pinal County

Adult Day Club Hours of Operation:

7AM - 5:00PM  Monday - Friday

RESPITE RATES

$150 / day, Which includes the following:

• Use of the Day Club (Monday - Friday)
• All Meals - 3 daily and snacks as desired
• 24 Hour AWAKE staff
• Assistance with bathing and dressing if needed
• Medication Administration
• RN available
• Transportation to and from the Day Club
• A beautifully furnished room with all the amenities

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is available for $10 each way (5 mile radius)
$15 each way (greater than 5 miles from the Day Club)
